This week’s chocolate fix: Pistachio Fudge

Pistachio Fudge:

1 cup pistachios chopped
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz really good chocolate (70% dark)

Rough chop chocolate. Melt in heavy based pot over low heat with sweetened condensed milk. Once smooth, turn off heat and mix in chopped pistachios. Spread mixture in buttered or greased 9×9 pan and smooth top. Let cool then refrigerate to set. Once hardened, cut into pieces. Keep in refrigerator or freezer after cut up and enjoy! Yummers…
